This petition seeks the direction to Respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 to hold the elections as per the scheme of the Trust. On instructions from Respondent No.4, for which the learned Advocate appears, it is stated that the Trust will initiate and complete the election process within three months from today. We accept this statement made on instructions as an undertaking to this Court.
