ORDER

The application is allowed. Pending this appeal, the substantive sentence imposed by learned Special Court shall stand suspended and the applicant/appellant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) and one surety in the like amount. Bail before the trial Court.
