The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has circulated this Petition with the request that in identical set of facts, this Court has passed an order on 13.10.2023 in CA No.9558/2023 in WP No.2406/2015. Inadvertently, this matter was left out. The same order may be made applicable to this Petition.

The learned Advocate representing the contesting Respondent No.3 submits that this Petition can be disposed off in terms of the said order dated 13.10.2023.

As such, this Petition is disposed off in terms of paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 of the order dated 13.10.2023, which read as under :- "4. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners as well as the learned Advocate representing Respondent No.6 GMIDC, jointly submit that all these Writ Petitions can be disposed off in the light of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 25.09.2019 in WP No.5923/2015 (Rajaram Dhondiram Havale and Others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) and connected matters.
