Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader. It is stated that the approval has been given to the appointment of the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the Deputy Director of Education has also issued directions to the Education Officer (Secondary), to calculate the arrears of salary of the petitioner. The proposal is required to be forwarded by the Education Officer to the office of the Deputy Director of Education. The proposal has already submitted by the Principal of the College.

In light of above, the Education Officer shall forward the proposal submitted by the Principal of L. K. Dr. P. R. Ghogrey Science Junior College, Deopur, Dhule, relating to release of arrears of salary of the petitioner to the Director of Education, Pune, within six weeks. On receipt of the said proposal, the Director of Education shall take decision upon it preferably within three months. 3.
