The petitioner who was appointed in a D.Ed. College of the respondent No. 3 was transferred to the respondent No. 4-Secondary School of the same management that is respondent No. 2 and is awaiting approval to such transfer.

In the affidavit in reply filed by the State, in paragraph No. 6 it has been expressly mentioned that the proposal would be considered and decided in accordance with the law.

Although, submissions were made by both the sides regarding entitlement of the petitioner to grant of such approval, since the decision is still to be taken, we refrain from making any comment. Needless to state 1/2

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 6 Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad Latur to take appropriate decision on the proposal, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from today.
