Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 5 are residents of Jalgaon, therefore the notice to them be published in the widely circulated newspaper namely Daily Tarun Bharat. So

19-CA-2453-25 far as respondent No.4 is concerned, who is residing at Dhule, the notice be published in the newspaper Aapla Maharashtra published in Dhule.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 29.04.2025.
