We have heard Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondents.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to initiate the selection process for appointment from PAP category. The petitioner would become age bar after a short time. 3.

It would not be possible to issue specific directions as sought for. The persons to be appointed from PAP category have to undergo

932-wp-131-21 the selection process, in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in writ petition Nos. 5266/2006, 6100/2008 and 7485/2008 dated 09.07.2009. It is for the respondents, to initiate the selection process as per its requirement.

The petitioner may prosecute his grievance as may be permissible before the authority.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
