Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 11762 OF 2024 This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court as per the impugned judgment and award. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that 50% amount out of the amount awarded was deposited in the Tribunal and the same has been withdrawn.

For the reasons stated in the application and considering the arguments of both the sides, the application deserves to be partly allowed. Hence, the following order is passed :-

O R D E R

I.

The applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% more amount out of the amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest thereon on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

II.

With this, the civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.

Filing of paper-book is dispensed with.

The record and proceedings be called for.
