She submits that the present application for regular bail is filed before this court, however, after filing of the charge sheet no such application was filed before the learned trial court.

2] In that view of the matter, she submits that she may be allowed to be withdraw the present application with liberty to the applicant to file fresh bail application before the learned trial court after filing of the charge sheet.
