PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The petitioner is making grievance that the application filed at Exhibit-73 seeking temporary injunction against the respondents has not been decided by the trial Judge and the trial Judge may be directed to deal with the application. It does appear that there are multiple applications filed by the parties in the proceedings before the trial Court. It would be open for the petitioner to make a request to the concerned Presiding Officer to take up the application. If the petitioner has any further grievance about the concerned Judge, it would be open for him to approach the Principal District Judge on Administrative side. No interference is called for in the present petition and the same is rejected.
