When the present revision is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for revision applicant, tendered across the Bar a copy of an order passed below Exh.1 in RCS No. 252/2013 on 11th June, 2019 in RCS No.252/2013. The said order reflects that the suit has been dismissed by the court for want of prosecution and appearance. The learned counsel, in the circumstances, has prayed for disposing of the present revision since the original civil suit itself is not surviving.

In view of the submissions made, the present civil revision application stands disposed of since the civil suit itself stood dismissed.
