It appears that, though the appellant was directed to prepare private paper book and file the same within three months by order dated 16-10-2018, appellant has not take any step. Conditional order is made that, in case of failure to file the paper book within stipulated period, the appeal would be dismissed.

In spite of this specific order and grant of sufficient time, it can be seen that there is no compliance and no reasonable ground is shown for the non-compliance also. Under such circumstance the appeal is dismissed.
