In view of additional affidavit dated 6th July, 2015, Civil Application No.10233 of 2011, praying re-calling of the order dated 22nd November, 2010 observing dismissal of the appeal against the unserved respondents, is hereby set aside.

The applicants are permitted to serve respondents no.3 to 5 as prayed, by way of paper publication. Notice made returnable within a period of four weeks.

In addition to Court service, the applicants shall serve respondents no.3 to 5 through Registered Post A.D.
