This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court, pursuant to the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed, in LAR No. 2000836/2014. The learned Advocate for the applicant produced on record copy of order dated 03.05.2023, passed in C.A. No. 3613 of 2023 with connected matters, wherein this Court permitted the applicants to withdraw entire amount observing that the amounts are meager and secondly that the enhancement is only three times of the amount awarded by the SLAO.
