This petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the District Judge Aurangabad on 16.01.2020 in R. D. No. 841 of 2019.

By separate judgment delivered today, I have set aside the award dated 28.04.2019 passed by the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Centre, Aurangabad. Therefore, the execution proceedings filed by the petitioner would be rendered infructuous. Petition is accordingly dismissed without any orders as to costs.
