Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that in three offences/crimes mentioned in the Petition, already the Investigating Officer has filed the charge-sheet. The counsel submits that there is assurance given by the Investigating Officer, by way of filing

cwp515.15 affidavit, that in other matters/crimes, the charge-sheet will be filed on priority basis. 2.

The counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner, who is present in the Court, submits that in view of the assurance given by the Investigating Officer in the affidavit that he will file charge-sheet in the remaining crimes on priority basis, this Court may dispose of the Petition.

In the light of above, and on the insistence of the Petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
