DATE: 20th March, 2018 PER COURT:- 1) In view of the Maharashtra Self-Financed Schools (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2012, the proposal tendered by the petitioner seeking permission to open a School during the academic year 2010-2011 does not deserve to be considered. 2) It would be open for the petitioner to take steps within contemplation of the Maharashtra Self-Financed Schools (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2012.

3) In view of above, writ petition is disposed of.
