Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the relief claimed in this petition does not survive. He seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

By the previous order dated 12.04.2022, the petitioner was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.20,000/-. Till today, no such amount is deposited. Though we have granted permission to withdraw this petition, this order cannot be ignored. We are inclined to impose some costs, though not the entire amount of Rs.20,000/-.
