DATE : FEBRUARY 01, 2019 PER COURT On 25.01.2019, since Counsel for respondent no.2 - Bank was not present, we had directed the Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda, Samarth Nagar Branch, Aurangabad, to remain present today in this Court. 2.

Learned Counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the Branch Manager of the said Bank was present in the Court today, however, due to some urgent work, he left the Court at 3.30 p.m. Be that as it may, we are satisfied with the explanation given by learned Counsel

51-WP.13033 appearing for respondent no.2. Therefore, presence of respondent no.2 is not necessary. His presence is dispensed with.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that if respondent no.2 is ready to release Rs.Two Lakhs, the petitioner will not press for the amount of interest.

Learned Counsel for respondent no.2, on instructions, makes a statement across the bar that respondent no.2 will release Rs.Two Lakhs by transferring the same in the account of the petitioner, till 06.02.2019.
