The learned Advocate for the applicants adverted to Clause40 of the Backward Class Cooperative Housing Scheme (New Post War Reconstruction Scheme 219) / Loans by the Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Finance Society Ltd., Bombay, Government Resolution dated 28th September, 1973 and submits that the applicants would withdraw this Review Application and would avail the remedy as is permissible in law for enforcing Clause-40, keeping in view that the State of Maharashtra is a party to this agreement alongwith the applicants.

In view of the above, this Review Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Needless to state, the applicants can avail of a remedy as is permissible in law.
