The permission is granted to carry out the amendment in the name of appellant No. 3 as "Chetana" instead of "Chetan". 2.

This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Bide, learned counsel for the appellants/original claimants is present. Mr. Bagal, learned counsel for respondent No. 2/Insurance Company is present.

The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

The appeal is disposed off in the terms of compromise terms ("X").

The parties are arrived at compromise and ready to accept the additional amount of compensation of Rs. 4,99,000/- (Rs. Four Lakh Ninety Nine Thousand only) and the same should be deposited within a period of 45 days from the date of award. The amount of additional compensation be deposited before the M.A.C.T., Ahmednagar. The claimants are entitled to withdraw the additional amount of compensation. The additional amount of compensation be disbursed in terms of M.A.C.T. award as per the award passed by the M.A.C.T., Ahmednagar.

The Chairman/Member, M.A.C.T., Ahmednagar be informed accordingly.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
