Since lot of questions in respect of facts arise and impugned order is in respect of acceptance of nomination in which generally the courts are reluctant to interfere with, I do not deem it proper to disturb the impugned order. 2.

Writ petition, as such, stands rejected, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of the remedy as may be available in law, including election petition.
