Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to fle Election Petition with an additional ground that Respondent No.8 herein was appointed as Administrator of the said Society and as such his name cannot be recommended as delegate.

Leave granted. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
