Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

Acceptance of nomination of respondent no. 1 by the election officer is sought to be challenged on the ground that the primary agricultural credit society of which respondent no. 1 is the representative does not possess requisite category of audit report, namely, 'A' or 'B' category.

For said purpose, learned counsel for petitioner relies on Exhibit D which, according to him, refers to the audit report of the period 2013-14 immediately preceding the date of election, whereas

2 WP-4340.15 learned counsel for respondents no. 1 and 2 submits that the requisite documents depicted required audit category had already been filed along with nomination.

It transpires after hearing that no ground as is taken in the present writ petition had ever been taken before the election officer. 5.

In view of the same, I do not find it necessary to entertain writ petition.

Writ petition stands rejected.
