The petition is only against the order passed by the learned Member of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambajogai wherein, the application of the petitioners for transferring the amount of compensation under the Motor Vehicles Act in the Co-operative Bank instead of Nationalized Bank is rejected.

It is the case of the petitioners that, they all are ladies staying in a small village and they do not have any access to Nationalized Bank. The petitioners submit that the learned Member of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal has directed to transfer the amount of compensation

It is submitted that, even the bank in which their account is standing presently though is a Co-operative bank, however, there is facility of RTGS available and therefore, it is not necessary to open the account in the Nationalized Bank directing the petitioners to open account in Nationalized Bank only for the purpose of transfer of the amount of compensation. 4.

Be that as it may, this Court finds that as to how the petition is maintainable before this Court for a challenge to such an order. It is seen that, directing to open an account in the Nationalized Bank, in fact, is in the interest of the petitioners even otherwise. 5.

Considering this, this Court finds that there is no substance in the writ petition and therefore, the same deserves to be dismissed. 6.
