The grievance raised in the instant petition is related to Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Kaij, Tq.Kaij, District Beed.

In Writ Petition No.1641 of 2018, presented by Mr.Rambhau Nivrutirao Gund, affidavit-in-reply has been presented on behalf of Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, contending therein that the proceedings of enquiry would be completed within four months from today. It is informed that the enquiry contemplated in Writ Petition No.1641 of 2018, is the same enquiry, which is the subject matter of the instant petition.

In view of this, the instant petition shall also be governed by the directions issued in Writ Petition No.1641 of 2018.
