The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent-State points out Section 6A of Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act 2006, under which the petitioners have alternate remedy. The learned advocate for the petitioners in view of the said provisions seeks

{4} permission to withdraw the petitions with liberty to avail alternate remedy. The writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
