Learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In view of that, though Mr. Zia Mustafa, learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
