The order of issuing notice dated 07/06/2017 could not be followed by the Office as the applicant did not supply copies of the civil application for issuing notices.

The applicant shall, therefore, supply the copies for issuance of notice on or before 28/06/2017, failing which, this civil application shall stand rejected without reference to the Court. 3.
