Mr. Syed, the learned counsel submits that, the proposal was given for start of Urdu medium primary school. The same was rejected. The petitioner filed writ petition. This Court disposed of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file proposal for opening Urdu medium primary school afresh. After May 2008, the respondent No. 2 did not invite any proposal. The respondents be directed to accept the fresh proposal from the petitioner.

Mr. Thigle, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, the proposals in respect of Urdu medium schools are to be considered on the basis of need of that particular

The petitioner may submit fresh proposal for start of Urdu medium primary school. On receipt of said proposal, the State shall consider the said proposal considering all the aspects of the matter, so also its policy applicable for granting permission to Urdu medium primary school. The respondents shall take decision on the proposal that would be submitted by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three

(3) months from the date of receipt of the proposal. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
