The applicants - respondents to the petition have sought injunction against respondent no.1/original petitioner, restraining her from creating third party interest, in relation to the property in question. 2.

I am afraid, such relief can be granted, which is not ancillary to the main relief in the petition, much less at the behest of the original respondents.

With liberty to the applicants to approach the Civil Court, if so desired, Civil Application stands rejected.
