This application is filed seeking condonation of delay caused in filing the appeal by the Government challenging the award passed by the reference court wherein the amount of compensation is enhanced from Rs.150/- per R to Rs.850/- per R. The applicant has already deposited the amount of enhanced in this court. Reasons for delay stated to be of the administrative and taking legal opinion.
