The issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed on 7.12.2010 in Letters Patent Appeal No. 71/2010 in Writ Petition No. 7487/2009 (The Parbhani District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd. Vs. The State of Maharashtra) and the Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 9599/2011 filed against the same is also dismissed by

WP 5200/24 the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In the present matters, the petitioner bank is the same, but the respondents are different, who are employees. There is no dispute that the above judgment is applicable to the present cases and the SLP filed against the said judgment is also dismissed.

In view of the same, nothing survive in the present writ petitions. The writ petitions are dismissed.
