This matter was heard for some time, on 31.07.2024. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought an overnight pass over. Today, none present for the Petitioner. 2.

The Petitioner claims to be a Journalist and Social Worker. He has presented complaints against the Education Society alleging that there is an illegal sanction of salary grants to the said School for the students studying in classes 6 and 7. He has been lodging the complaints for recovery of monetary

*2* 934y wp7876o24 benefits paid to the school from 1994 and for stopping further payments of salary grants.

Firstly, the salary grants have been granted in 1994 and the petition has been filed after 30 years on 05.04.2024, for which reason, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Secondly, a bystander or an activist, who is unconnected with the Trust, cannot be permitted to file such Writ Petition. When called upon to state as to whether, a Public Interest Litigation Petition is desired to be filed subject to depositing the amount in view of Rule 7A(i) of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass-over yesterday and today, he is not present to make a statement.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
