It is submitted that the Collector has redetermined the amount U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act on 28.06.2016. On redetermination of the compensation amount the acquiring body is directed to make payment within four (4) months. 2.

The learned counsel for Respondent No. 5 on instructions submits that, within a period of four months from the date of redetermination the Respondent / acquiring body would make the payment.
