Seen the orders made by this Court on 14th October 2020 and 2nd November 2020. Advocate Shri. Subodh P. Shah has withdrawn his Vakalatnama. It was made clear that no separate notice will be given to petitioner Shri. Dhanraj Patil. Today matter was due, but he has not turned up. Matter is very old and prayer clause shows that order of 2015 is challenged. These days peculiar modus operandi is used and by using the circumstance of pendency of matter in this Court, the matters pending in the subordinate courts are stalled.
