This Petition seeks a direction to the Municipal Corporation at Aurangabad to take action against the 2nd respondent- Orion City Care Super Speciality Hospital, Aurangabad, which, according to the petitioner, is utilising public place for parking vehicles. The petitioner has produced photographs, which indicate that, vehicles are parked outside the hospital. The petitioner states that, he is a small businessman and an agriculturist, who resides in the vicinity of the hospital and he is concerned about the

difficulties faced by the general public in day-to-day movements.

The petitioner further states that, several representations were moved to the Municipal Corporation, but, it has turned a blind eye to the difficulties of the general public. The petitioner has also stated that, occupancy certificate to the hospital has yet not been granted. 3.

Going by the pleadings in this Petition, we observe that, the grievance raised by the petitioner that the general public is facing difficulties in day-to-day movements, does not seem to be correct. It is a section of the general public, which comes to the hospital for their medical need, seem to have parked their vehicles outside the hospital and not at the designated place. The petitioner does not say that there is no designated parking place in the city and his grievance seems to be not genuine.
