Grievance of the petitioner is that Education Officer is not finalising the seniority list. The seniority list has to be prepared by the management and if the petitioner has objection to the seniority list, same can be dealt by Education Officer.

In case the petitioner has objection to the seniority list, then the petitioner may approach the Education Officer raising objection to the seniority list which can be considered by the Education Officer on its own merits after hearing all parties expeditiously. 1 / 2

If the petitioner has already filed some representation, still the petitioner can file appropriate objection, if he has objection to the seniority list, with the Education Officer.
