The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'A' as under :- A.

By issuing Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent No. 2 Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli, Tq. Biloli Dist. Nanded, may kindly be directed to issue the Tribe Certificate belonging to Koli Mahadev in the Format-"C" in favour of the petitioner, within four weeks and the petitioner may kindly be permitted to submit his earlier Tribe Certificate dated 16.04.2013 to the Sub Divisional Officer.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he would surrender his 'Koli Mahadev' schedule tribe certificate to respondent no. 2 within 15 days so as to receive the said certificate in format 'C'.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) The petitioner shall surrender the original 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe certificate to respondent no. 2, on or before 30.07.2022.

(b) Respondent no. 2 shall then prepare the certificate in format 'C' and keep it ready on 12.08.2022 at 12.00 noon.

(c) The petitioner would reach the office of respondent no. 2 on the said date and time and by completing the formalities, he shall receive the said certificate. [ ANIL L. PANSARE, J. ] [RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.] SSC/
