Mr Sonawane, the learned counsel submits that the Reference has been filed and the present petitioners are intervening in the Reference.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents have also filed writ petition bearing No. 9232/2018 with regard to the same dispute. The said writ petition is also pending. 3.

Mr Sonawane, the learned counsel submits that the said writ petition would become infructuous as LARs are already filed.

As the petitioners have already approached the Reference Court, the present petition for the same purpose would not be tenable. The petitioners may prosecute the proceeding filed before the Reference Court as may be permissible in law.
