PER COURT :- 1.
Mr. Vibhute, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that order passed by this Court has not been complied within the stipulated period. As such, respondents have made themselves liable for contempt and are required to be dealt accordingly. 2.
Mr. Patil, learned AGP submits that the order was passed by this Court on 15.12.2014. The amount was directed to be paid within three months from the date of the order. The respondents have taken steps to pay the principal amount alongwith interest and the amount is also released in the account of Principal, Maharashtra Mahavidyalaya, Nilanga, District Latur as per the procedure. According to the learned counsel because of the administrative exigencies delay of 2 months has been caused. 3.
For initiating an action of contempt, there has to be deliberate and willful disobedience of the orders of the Court. It appears that respondents have complied the order in spirit and
CP 196.2015.odt have taken steps for the same. It was only because of some administrative procedure delay of two months caused. As there is no willful disobedience of the orders of the court, delay caused requires to be condoned. Contempt stands purged. In light of that, contempt petition is disposed of . No costs. ( V.K.
