The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the First Appeal No.1716 of 2008 is disposed of by order dated 01/08/2021 by the order of Lok Adalat. He further submits that in terms of the order of the Lok Adalat, the amounts are deposited in this Court. 3.

The learned Advocate submits that all the claimants were before the Lok Adalat in a compromise, and as such, application is allowed and the claimants are permitted to withdraw amount deposited in this Court in the proportion as directed by the Reference Court along with accrued interest thereon, subject to filing of undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court.
