Taking into account the peculiar facts of this Case, the Civil Application is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.7Collector, Hingoli to ensure that RRC dated 02.03.2023 is executed in all respects, inclusive of statutory admissible interest component, within 90 days from today.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that considering the above order, the PIL has served it' s purpose and can be disposed off.
