We have heard Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

According to the petitioner, the family pension is not released. The husband of the petitioner was employed with respondent. Upon his retirement he was receiving pension. After his death, the family pension is not released to the petitioner. 3.

Mr. Navandar, learned counsel for respondents submits that, initially there was apprehension for the respondents as there were more than two wives. However, it has been brought to the notice of respondents that, the petitioner is first wife. After receiving the notice dated 15.02.2021, it was revealed that the petitioner is first wife. In view of that, fresh PPO was prepared wherein name of the

(2) 1039-wp-7420-2021 petitioner has been stated as family member by showing relation as wife. The copy of the said PPO is sent to the Manager, S.B.I. on 16.07.2021.

In light of the above, further process may be made with regard to the payment of family pension expeditiously. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
