After having heard the learned Advocate for the applicant in all the three applications, the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief. It is now informed that the charge has been framed meaning thereby the trial has commenced. 2.
It is, therefore, not desirable to make any observations regarding any merits of the matters. The learned Advocate, therefore, came around to seek withdrawal of all these applications.

If trial could not be concluded within a period of twelve
