Learned Advocates for the parties submit that they have no objections for this Court hearing this matter. 2.

By this Civil Application the applicants pray for condonation of two day's delay occurred in filing this second appeal in this Court. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that though the delay appears to be of only two days, the applicants are the Pharmaceuticals and Engineering Companies and have every legal assistance to be aware of the limitation period. They could have taken effective steps being a private establishment and hence heavy costs may be imposed. The costs would be donated to Advocate Associations' Bar Library of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. akl/d

Considering the above, this application is allowed. Delay of two days is condoned, on the condition that the applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.2,500/- each with the Advocate Associations' Bar Library of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today.

On the said condition, the Second Appeal shall stand registered forthwith and shall be taken up for hearing on 5.10.2017 in the urgent admission category, considering that the learned Advocates submit that this matter could be settled amicably.
