First Appeal No. 2191 of 2012 and First Appeal No. 2192 of 2012 were already disposed of in Lok Adalat on 12.11.2022. The amount which was deposited in this Court remained to be

2 912 ca 4056.25 & 4057.25 transferred to the Reference Court. The applicants are entitled to receive the amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest.

The civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". It is clarified that the amount with accrued interest shall be transferred to the Reference Court. The civil applications are disposed of.
