The appeal of the acquiring body is already admitted. 2.

The present application is seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs 1,17,62,668/- which is strongly objected by the acquiring body, as according to the appellant, exorbitant compensation is awarded.

Be that as it may, in the fitness of things and for the reasons stated in the application, it will be appropriate that present

4534.15ca -2applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs. 50,00,000/- ( Rs. Fifty Lacs only) upon furnishing an undertaking and Rs.25,00,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Lacs only ) upon furnishing an indemnity bond. 4.

Rest of the amount be kept in fixed deposit initially for period of three years in any nationalized bank. 5.
