Having regard to the fact that the present respondent-wife is working and earning an amount of Rs. 10,000/- p.m. and present petitioner is paying maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- to his daughter, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to reduce the amount of maintenance of Rs. 10,000/- p.m. payable to the respondent, as ordered by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, to 7,000/- p.m.

The amount of Rs. 7,000/- p.m. be paid by the applicant from the date of application i.e. from 4th September, 2012.
