Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, the present application is filed against the order by which the learned Trial Court has rejected application of the present applicants for rejection of plaint. However, the learned Counsel for the applicants on instructions now submits that, the original suit of respondent/plaintiff has been dismissed for default and, therefore, the present application has become infructuous at this stage.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the applicants, the present application stands disposed of being infructuous.
